Ritual Instructions – How to Begin, Bless, or Break a Moment

You don’t need to believe in magic.
You just need to believe in intention.

Each item from The Root & Crown is meant to hold more than aesthetic value. It is a vessel—for memory, refusal, closure, or becoming. To activate that, we invite you to treat the moment of use as sacred.

Here’s how to begin:

Step 1: Prepare Your Space
Clear the surface. Light a candle if you wish. Play music or sit in silence.
You are creating a threshold.

Step 2: State Your Intention (Aloud or in Writing)
What are you calling in—or letting go? Speak it. Write it. Let it be real.

Step 3: Use the Object

  • Legacy Letter Kit: Write what was never said. Seal it with thread or wax.

  • Inner Child Workbook: Light your candle. Open slowly. Don’t rush the page.

  • Crystal or Keepsake: Hold it in your hand. Breathe. Let memory surface.

  • Tether Tools: Tie. Break. Burn the slip if needed. Rituals leave evidence.

Step 4: Close Gently
Blow out the candle. Thank the space. Bury, keep, or offer your object depending on the ritual.

Some rituals are beginnings. Some are ends.
Some are just pauses that remind you: you are still here.
